Leipzig Meßplatz

On March 9 the SA occupied the "Leipziger Volkshaus" for the first time. After the confiscation of the library and the separation of the "non-German" or "marxist" titles, those were publicly burned on the "Messeplatz". This was the first book burning in Leipzig.
